Toffee.
Considering Spellbook of Power gives it +1000, this would be 4400 in the Damage Step. Could easily do damage about the same as her cost. Seems pretty amusing, really.

Toffee. Sure 3400 could run over their Blue-Eyes and only do 400 damage, but at a 2000 costs?

Susie
This card has awesome artwork on it But anyways I think that this one could be quite the useful one to have Yeah the 2000 life points thing is quite a lot so it isn't always gonna be helpful

You're essentially paying 2k life and wasting a normal summon to kill a monster. Thing is, a bajillion other cards do that better. And then you take into account the myriad counters to monsters attacking, and this doesn't seem viable anymore.

Cute Rotten Yoshika
considering it costs as much as a warning you REALLY dont get what youre paying for. which is a shame because its not a bad card in its own right. the games just moved on and i doubt this will be relevant again barring some major upset. Not-so-Radiant Arin
In general. I honestly don't know how a Spellbook Deck runs other than 30-Spellbooks, but I do know that at least 1 card in the Deck can get over it, since you can just spam Power. And as mentioned before, it's just not viable.

Sora1499
Same difference if the damned ophion is gone, really.
In general. Aerion Brightflame
I remember the days when this thing was considered a staple in Beatdown decks. Some would argue better days. The fact this stills gets some use, even if it is as a tech is kinda suprising, but given Ophion, I can understand.
newhat
I use this in Spellbooks, for the Tower combo and also because A) it can kill Naturia Beast by itself, Sunglasses) it doesn't die to Bottomless, and C) it does this the turn it hits the field. But the person I went against used stuff like Reasoning to abuse Reaper I think. I dunno if it was better than the regular prophecy/high priestess abuse, but it worked.
