Effect unconfirmed: Activate only when an opponent's Monster declares an attack. Select 1 Level 4 or lower Monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position to your field. The Monster Special Summoned by this effect has its effect(s) negated, and during this turn, cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

This is from the Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy pack and seems like a good defence based card even if it does negate the effect of the revived monster.

d-prison isnt that comparable but CotH totally is. theyre both for bringing back monsters. this is more comparable to call than it is to battle fader because battle fader ends the battle phase and is entirely for stopping attacks and thats it. this, like call, is supposed to give you the bonus of a monster on your field that isnt battle fader but in that regard this fails.
