Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier

Recommended Posts

Personal opinion: Come back to 1. Please.

Logical opinion: Burn you little bitch. Burn in hell.

Don't come back.

If you're going to bring it back, Konami, at least make a "this effect can only be used once per turn" clause, so that there aren't crazy-ass loops involving this and Infernities.

Didnt they already do it with the Evilswarm version of Trish? Forgetting the name right now.

Oyea, because debris + card trooper + doppel = bingo

Huh, didn't think of that before.

Debris + Dandylion and 2 Dandy Tokens

Trish has loops at 3 (the loops have been hit) and is just overpowered at 1, being an inherent 1 for 1 Trigger Effect.

Dandy probably has to be hit for this to come back, among other things.

Stay in Tartarus Trishula, PLEASE!  If you come out of your hellhole, I swear that I am going to get my silver cane, a wooden stake, a cross, and a grail of holy water and hunt you down until you are banished from our world.  Just. Stay. There. If you know what is good for you.  You aren't doing the format a favor by banishing everyone's precious resources and ending games prematurely because of that.

It does too much, that's it's problem.

An effect that banishes a card on the field? Sure, we have Kaius, and it proves to be good on it's own right.

An effect that banishes from the Graveyard? Sure, we have D.D. Crow, though that one's chainable and doesn't need a Synchro to be made for it.

An effect that banishes from the hand? uhh... that's ok as a card's lone effect, yeah... depends.

A 2700 ATK beatstick? Well.... that on should justify the investment on it's own to some degree.

It would have needed 2 clauses:

-You can only use the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.

-You can select one of the following effects:

^Those.

Summoning one of these already flips the game around and wins a lot of the time, having decks be able to Summon 3 of it is nuts.
