Windrose the Elemental Lord

Its not as searchable  as Moulinglacia and WIND doesn't have as good a handle on graveyard control like other attributes. 

 

Though it is a harpies feather duster I'm having a hard time finding the space for it in harpie builds...Your field spell does a LOT of that work for you. And like I said before. You can't search it so maybe it will be good in some other decks but for right now its hard for me to grasp.

Also I thought these things were super versions of the of the Spiritual arts why is it a feather duster?

Iirc most of the  spiritual arts were desinged similiarly to broken spells\traps (like Delinquent Dou, Monster Reborn and Ring of Destruction) but not all of them, like the WIND one. So now it is 'confirmed', I gueess, that the Elemental Lords are desinged after the S\T's and not the Spiritual Art cards.

 

OT: As of now, card seems alittle unneeded in most WINd decks I can think of right now, but maybe Gustos could use it, as already said.

I already have a build, and I really want to see if it could fit there :)

Just stopping by to say that anyone who actually advocated for a Giant Trunade to Deck effect with this obviously hates the game and wants it to go to hell even faster than it already is.  This is the most balanced they could have made it; spinning cards is the most dangerous concept in the game and if you don't do it extremely carefully you've got a broken-ass card.  (See: Chidori, Lightning).

We need more stuff to take our hate out on.

Utopian Road

Normal Trap

When a card or effect is activated that would return 2 or more cards you control to the hand or Deck: Negate that activation, and if you do, destroy that card, then you can Special Summon 1 "Number 39: Utopia" from your Extra Deck and attach this card to it as Xyz Material.

 

Don't pretend you can't see it happening just so Konami can justify an influx of bouncing/spinning effects.
