X-Metaman
Level 8 WIND/Winged Beast 2800 ATK/2200 DEF Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 5 WIND monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. You can only use the effect of "Windrose the Elemental Lord" once per turn. If this card leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next turn. Yea it's "Harpie Feather Duster". Discuss.
Aix
Hm, I'd thought it'd be Giant Trunade. I dunno if this is really needed in Harpies, I suppose Phantom Beastcraft could run it tho.
Airride
Oh...dear...T-that isn't... WINDs for Tier Won. But yeah, they finally broke the trend...They could have made it...Trunade to deck? That would have fit better. EDIT: God that face looks so silly. In a bad way. ~British Soul~
So we had Monster Reborn, Delinquent Duo, (a weakened) Ring of Destruction and now Feather Duster. I may tech this in Dragunities when it comes out, though it's gonna be a Secret in TCG, there's no doubt about that.

Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Rolls in expecting a 'return cards to hand/deck' effect, but MOTHER OF GOD 0_0 Why wouldn't you run this in any Wind deck? A topdeckable beater with a harpie's duster effect?
D.A._Sakuyamon
Dragunitys for tier 1.5 with this and tempest?

Agro
Yeah, this isn't going to make WIND decks Tier 1, guys. It's cool that they made Harpie's Feather Duster, but eh. The card is going to either be a dead draw or OTK.
Kazooie
I would say it's still worth testing. The only Wind deck I can think of that can really control their graveyard is Dragunity, and even then their control over it is fairly limited. I would run this at 1 in there, but other then that I think it deserves a chance.
Love of Ghibli
Its not as searchable as Moulinglacia and WIND doesn't have as good a handle on graveyard control like other attributes. Though it is a harpies feather duster I'm having a hard time finding the space for it in harpie builds...Your field spell does a LOT of that work for you. And like I said before. You can't search it so maybe it will be good in some other decks but for right now its hard for me to grasp. Also I thought these things were super versions of the of the Spiritual arts why is it a feather duster?
Justice Master
Shall this card bring upon the holy day of which Harpies will be a good archetype? No. Other than that, it's okay.
ihop
Shall this card bring upon the holy day of which Harpies will be a good archetype? No. Other than that, it's okay. Harpies are a good archetype. It's pretty good but Harpies don't need it because they have Hunting Ground which does a way better job.

Strider Tigerwolf
Harpies don't need it. Phantom Beastcrafts don't need it. Gusto's could use it. It's just a money card.
