It seems kinda situational compared to the other effect negaters unless you can consistently get out an xyz. A lot of decks can, but still. Declare Spells. They have monsters to kill Shock Master. And this is why you always have a backup plan. Or just use 69 to extend the life/scope of your shock lock.
