The one with Poseidra and Garunix fighting.

Moeagaru Daikai
Normal Trap Card
{If you control a Level 7 or higher WATER or FIRE monster activate one of the following effects:
• WATER: Special Summon as many WATER monsters who were sent to the Graveyard to activate the effects of Effect Monsters, then, destroy 1 monster you control.
• FIRE: Destroy 1 monster on the field, then, if you have 1 or more cards in your hand, discard 1 of them to the Graveyard.}

And you thought Judgment was bad...

They take 2 broken/borderline broken decks and pushed it even more. Konami is breaking a lot of stuff. The LGTY format is gonna be crazy. Then again it requires you to control a level 7+. Idk, I'm not great when it comes to determining balance. The card still looks nuts if it's pulled off though.

Megaloabyss is a card. You can run the WATER Dragon too.

To explain the pic, the lore booklet, Gagaga Academy Tospedia, established this in Japan MONTHS ago.

The tl;dr is:

Fire Kings live on an island

Poseidra wants to prove he is king of the sea, tries to take island over

His ass is kicked

He blackmails mermails into helping him

Mermails secretly let him do so and just let him think he's in charge

[spoiler=LONG VERSION]
There is a faraway island alone in the ocean, a Sanctuary... protected by the "Fire Kings" who make it their home.
Floating in the south seas, is a lone volcanic island. Residing there are mythical cryptids known as the "Fire Kings", and at the top of the food chain is "Fire King High Avatar Garunix", who all protect the volcano which is their sanctuary.

The "Fire Kings" attack anyone who dares invade their sanctuary without mercy!
"Fire Kings" explode their bodies into flames to repel invaders. It is said in particular that those who dare fight "Fire King High Avatar Garunix" are completely immolated.

Fire King High Avatar Garunix
Fire King Beast Barong
Fire King Beast Qilin
Mythical creatures born from a Volcano. They burn enemies with the flames that envelop their bodies.

Onslaught of the Fire Kings
"Fire King High Avatar Garunix" swoops down upon the enemy, wrapped in immense, huge flames.

Fire King Reincarnation
After "Fire King High Avatar Garunix" burns out, it reincarnates as a new "Fire King"

Completely burning out their flames, the "Fire Kings" ultimately reincarnate!!
Their blazing flames completely burn apart their bodies. However for the"Fire Kings" this is never the end, it is merely a new beginning... ...

- The Mermails are from/dwell in, Lemuria.
- The Atlanteans are at war with Fire Kings.
- Poseidra basically had the Mermails and Atlanteans join forces to take the Fire King's home island. (It hasn't been going too hot.)

Okay, the Mermails are a tribe that live in "Lemuria, the Forgotten City", which was originally a normal city, but shifts in tectonic movements caused it float away, and was seized under the control of Poseidra and his army, becoming the crown jewel of his empire.

Abyss-squall apparently depicts the Rhine Maidens' secret ability to manipulate the world's weather system, allowing them to calm fires or call upon a torrential downpour as they see fit.

The Atlanteans are at War with the Fire Kings. To break the gridlock of the situation, the Atlanteans had the Mermails use treasures they possess. Also it's apparently revealed that while Poseidra and his gang think they're in charge, the Mermails are actually control them.

"The Mermails", a family who live in the ocean depths, dwelling in the forgotten city
The "Mermails", who peacefully live in the sunken underwater city of "Lemuria, the Forgotten City", who are quite proficient at battle but hate fighting. However, when the city rose to the surface due to sudden shifts in the earth's crust, deep in the ocean, the Mermails suddenly lost their home.

Mermail Abysshilde
Mermail Abysstrite
Lemuria, the Forgotten City
They live peaceful deep in the ocean, using their power to protect themselves.

The "Atlantean" Army invaded the sheltered island where the "Fire Kings" live, in an attempt to expand their influence!!
Driven by ambitious desires to reign over both the land and sea of their region, the "Atlantean" army began an invasion on the island of their archenemies, the "Fire Kings". However, the "Fire Kings" were unexpectedly stubborn in their resistence, dragging the war to a stand still.

Poseidra, the Atlantean Dragon
Atlantean Heavy Infantry
Atlantean Marksman
With "Poseidra, the Atlantean Dragon" seated at the very top, the "Atlantean" army expands its influence.

With their legendary treasure stolen by the "Atlanteans", the "Mermails" had to bow before them
As a way to break the stand still, the "Atlanteans" turned their eyes to the "Mermails", who had lost their home and had nowhere else to go. Seizing the legendary treasure the "Mermails" had sealed deep under the ocean, Poseidra reigned over them as their new king with the treasure's power, and ordered them to beginning a torrential assault on the Fire Kings!

Abyss-squall
The Golden Ring they hid contains the power to control the entire planet and manipulate the weather, such as causing a heavy downpour that can calm even the most intense fire!!

Atlantean Roar
The roar of "Poseidra, the Atlantean Dragon" is the signal for the "Atlantean" army to begin an all-out attack!!

the water effect is AWFUL and im really mad they thought for even a second it should be made.

the fire effect on the other hand is really underwhelming. i guess it sets up grave for wolfberk etc after popping a garunix (or enemy monster but why do that in fire kings) but fire kings can do that in much better ways.

What does the name even translate to?

moeagaru: moe = burning, moeru = to burn,  agaru = to rise,  moeagaru = to burst into flames, to flare up.

daikai = it uses the kanji for great and sea so probably translates to ocean or other great body of water.

I guess I'll leave that to you to decide what you would call that in English.

I only just noticed, but the water one counts for any monster sent to the GY by an effect monster at all. Not just for one turn like I originally thought.

Though now i have to keep track of every mon that hits the grave to activate an effect =/

That almost certainly isn't going to be how it works, for that exact reason.

Cards in the Graveyard remember if they were summoned properly.  They also remember if they were destroyed by effects or destroyed by battle.

I don't see why they can't remember if they were sent to the Graveyard as a cost of an effect.  Just because there hasn't been an effect that used it before doesn't mean there can't be one now.

cards being a dick to keep track of doesnt mean anything. i would prefer it be "this turn" to at least have an inkling of balance though thats still not that good. (ditch 2-3 water monsters for abyssmegalo/abyssleed, activate this, ns diva or something and go for an extra deck monster)

even if the fire effect destroys a card in hand, thats iffy. either blow up my monster and ditch fire king in hand, or blow up opponents monster and ditch fire king in hand. yaksha does that better and has an 1800 body, is a target for tenki barong and wolfberk and can be used for xyz.
