Blake
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 5 WIND monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "Windrose the Elemental Lord" once per turn. If this card leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next turn.
Agro
The feather duster effect is surprisingly overrated.
Love of Ghibli
It looks like a Heartless out of kingdom hearts. OT: I like it, though the popular thought right now is gusto I'm going to try Mist Valley and see if it can make plays there.
Althemia
The feather duster effect is surprisingly overrated. So much this. Dunno why people though this would make WIND Tier 1.
Alpakha
The hipster of the elemental lords. The rest mimic spiritual arts/banned cards, but this just copy feather duster. The rest are made of their own elements but this is made out of flowers. It looks more like a plant monster. I was surprised when people said this would break wind, I really don't see how. Toffee.
>Purple tornadoes>BirdOn-Topic: Yep, they were bound to break the Spiritual Art-pattern sooner or later.
newhat
It's powerful and stoppable. Gusto can spam and recycle it with great consistency. I fail to see how it's not good.
Miror B
So much this. Dunno why people though this would make WIND Tier 1. Because they see Moulinglacia as broken even though part of the problem is searchability.
TheKaitoKid
So what I'm seeing is yet ANOTHER reason to run Huge Rev or Starlight. Okay then. This is really underwhelming honestly. The main deck that comes to mind is Harpies and they take care of S/Ts much better than this guy.

~British Soul~
I don't know why, but I'm really tempted to run this in Dragunity for teh lulz and see how it runs (Once it hits DN ofc).
Sora1499
If I wanted to make a WIND E-Lord for Harpies to break them, I'd have given them a trunade to reuse the hysteric duo. This isn't bad, but it's not that good either.

It hasn't tested well for me at all. But you can try if you want to.

Like I said, I'm not gonna try until the card hits DN, and ofc if it doesn't test well, then I'll save a bit of money for when LTGY comes out in TCG.
