Northern Sage
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1Defense Position monster on the field; change it to face-up Attack Position, and if you do, it loses 600 ATK. I must be crazy, because I don't see this card's appeal. Discuss.
Strider Tigerwolf
A friend of mine quit yugioh for pot...and wound up giving away several cards from several guys to other guys instead of giving them back since they were only borrowed. That's just not right. Anyways. Good card.
OmegaWave
This card is just like Gagaga Cowboy. You play it when the time is right. And you only run it if you have the space. The card is good. Responsible for some of my wins with Worms, actually.
Strider Tigerwolf
Basically Book of Taiyu except it walks, adds a -600 ATK and is a 2100 Beating LIGHT Warrior. Konami actually did the design right and it works.

Cute Rotten Yoshika
this card is really only behind blackship in terms of usefulness. everyone always states ryko is an out to this but ryko is not a presence in quite a few decks. also note that it doesnt require the monster to be facedown, so this can do more damage in some cases. Pretty much this Papilloperative is easily one of the best generic Rank 4s, people just think it's bad for some reason idk.
Premier Alexander Romanov
This monster allows you to get over pretty much any defensive monster in the game by not only changing it to Attack Position, but lowering its ATK as well. Combine with Shark Drake for even more lulzy power.

Strider Tigerwolf
There's also Ryko and Snowman Eater...but those aren't coming up as much anymore.
Synchronized
I have no idea why anyone would say it's bad. It's second best only to Maestroke, though I do think Utopia is starting to see more play lately. It's such a good card.

It's such a good card. i dont like comparing it to maestroke because maestroke is more defensive/utility with some offensive purposes and this is much more aggressive. i like comparing it to corn, in which case corn slightly wins due to 'send' and the consistent 1k damage. but papill has the advantage of being able to hurt for more and tends to make an impact more than corn, if the situation allows it. Azuh
I love this card. It has saved my ass so many times and allowed me to put a dangerous presence on the board. The ability of your opponent not being able to set a monster is brutal
Sora1499
One time I was playing against Agents with fire fists and he had a Gachi and a Hyperion on board and I had one leftover fire fist. I had something like 1k life and he had 1500-ish and a fairy in grave, so I knew I needed to act fast. I topdecked a level 4 fist, made this, switched the gachi, and won. If I hadnt chosen to run it, or if I'd put corn in its place, I would have lost that game. Needless to say, it's a fabulous card that should be run where there is space. Airride
It's a bit overrated, IMO, but still good. It's useful for finishing games, and the stats are nicely balanced. Well designed.
