It's not even not being able to use this effect twice in the same turn, but can't even use Reborn on it during that turn.... it's precaution against potential loops in the future, but I can't help but get the feeling it's being given to the wrong kind of card. Even if it had it's personal "Salvage"-like support in the future, it still shouldn't be game-breaking. Unless they have something planned.... which I hope not. The card itself looks... casual. It is a card with light-enough stats to make it easy to bring out, plus it's effect, making Icarus slightly more splashable in non-BW DARK decks.
