[Spoiler= Effect because I can]

When 2 or more Normal Monsters with the same name were Special Summoned to your side of the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Deck. If you do, you can increase or decrease this card's level by 1. This card is banished when it leaves the field, also you cannot deal Battle Damage this turn. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.

Too good because in the right scenarios you can make some broken plays using this + Chain Dog... getting 4 cards out quite instantly if you rabbit into 2 beasts, making it really broken.

Theres nothing fair about cards that let you +1 from the Deck, put it that way. Thats why Dino Rabbit is SO good, rescue rabbit is not only a +1, but it can XYZ into the strongest exceed monsters there are.

Which is why I created this card, to make rabbit more annoying. Catto would be sleeping right now if Konami didn't ban Rescue Cat....They're getting revenge....

I'm skipping over how the "From the Deck" thing is just "no" worthy because everyone else and their second cousins pointed that out already.

However, the "2 vanillas at the same time" will only really happen with Rabbit (or Fitting Room shenanigans and you get very lucky), so this is pretty situational in the first place. It probably would only be ran @1 if at all, even if 3 was possible. Mainly because it does nothing else and you can spend your deck space on things that don't rely solely on Rabbit. That is, if the "from the Deck" thing is gone.

Maybe if it were from the Graveyard instead, then it might be some silly thing that you can hope to get into your Grave, then Normal Summon Shock Master (Normal Summoning Shock Master is still not a good idea, but since this does nothing else it might be ok to have, doubt it though). It's still something that probably will either only suck or be OP because of how situational and powerful it is. But that raises the fact that when it's detached, it will go back into the Grave for more usage. It could probably be banished when it's detached (since it doesn't leave the field when attached or detached. It just goes into nothingness), or make it a once per duel effect. And the restriction could be changed to stopping the Xyz Monster from activating its effect instead of stopping battle damage (or both). Then this would be used for Gagagigo's Xyz that never sees the light of day.

I'm not sure if I'm making sense. I keep sticking things inside and beside previously-existing sentences and I'm sure they're making them confusing. Basically, "from the Deck" should change "from the Graveyard" and the monster Xyz Summoned by this effect shouldn't be able to activate its effect.

It's a sort of pseudo-broken card, I see.

The first thing I thought was "Gold Sarcophagus + Tour Guide + Machine Duplication = GG", but it's a bunch of cards that really have no synnergy except when you get the combo pieces together.

Harpies could use it, but Harpies prefer to be consistent by using the space for... pretty much anything, and running the effect versions of Harpies.

Coelacanth can use it, but Coelacanth is already a field-filling card on it's own, and you are busy trying to have Coelacanth and Fish-Type monsters to begin with.

Enchanting Fitting Room and League of Uniform Nomenclature could get help, but those are not gonna be problem decks even with this. If anything, they'd be fun.

Rescue Rabbit prefers what it already does, too.

It really doesn't have much of a place, but it's still bothersome design. Can't quite point my finger on what to think about it....

I'd rather see a card that could be played by decks without being abused, and without hurting their consistency, but I can't come into a thread and ask for a completely different card.... I really don't know....

And this is just plain awful design. Why? It's made purely to exploit an already broken card.

It's made to not dead draw when you want it in the deck, though being in deck is preferable, goes to the grave if used for an Xyz, is LIGHT so it's Chaos Fodder that goes into some of the most beneficial non-Generic Rank 4s, is a Machine with less than 500 for Machine Duplication, has an Anti-Synchro restriction that feels out of place,

Also, just an example. A hand of Rabbit and Machine Duplication results in:

Daigusto Emeral + Laggia/Dolkka/Ophion/Etc + A rank 3

or

Daigusto Emeral + Shock Master + Leviair (Provided you can push/back it up and/or have a used up rabbit for good)

Yes, this is a problem of both Duplication and Rabbit, but your card is MADE to exploit something broken. It feels a bit winmoar, but the shitty design is there.

Lock.
