Cards that produce Tokens without putting massive restrictions on the Tokens are very dangerous cards, and rarely get printed as such. Most Tokens say they can't be used for Tributes (if produced by a Spell or Trap), and some, like Photon Sanctuary, restrict the Attributes of the monsters you can play that turn, or whether you can Summon that turn at all (Fires of Doomsday does BOTH). And it's lazy design, even in the anime. Fish Spawn and these two both Summon 2 Tokens of a random Attribute, and that's it. While they should be printed if you want to support Tribute Summoning again, it's a bad idea. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They both do the exact same thing, just with different Attributes....Raft ones can be used for Gungnir, Balloons can be used in Mecha Phantom Beast synchros.tbh these seem too good for their respective purposes. Thomas★Zero Posted February 24, 2013 Report Share Posted February 24, 2013 These are generally used to bring out high level monsters through tribute summon, where seeing how tribute summoning seems redundant outside of Hieratics now-a-days.
