Resident Fascist
You must have this many "Crystal Beast" cards in your Spell & Trap Card Zone to activate and resolve these effects. ● 1+: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. ● 2+: Once per turn (including the opponent's) you can halve the Battle Damage you take. ● 3+: During either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap Card is activated: You can send 1 "Crystal Beast" monster you control to the Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. ● 4+: Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can draw 1 card. ● 5: Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can target 1 "Crystal Beast" card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone; Special Summon that target. I never realised this had clarified card text(look at the second effect). Anyway, discuss one of the best field spells in the game and etc. Good for SIN Monsters, amazing card in general, Wincon of CBs occasionally with the 5th effect, good card advantage engine, good negation. EDIT: Me telling you to look at the wrong image, fixed.
Dementuo
It draws like Spellbook Tower. It must be broken.
Resident Fascist
It draws like Spellbook Tower. It must be broken. Except it actually takes a small degree of effort to get 4 CBs unlike TGST. The draw effect is still amazing though.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
the last effect is a great finisher, especially if you go into shock master.
FreelancerRaiko
This is why it's always better than the other field of theirs
Resident Fascist
This is why it's always better than the other field of theirs Advanced Dark CBs is a totally different build, why the hell are you comparing the two? Also, while Advanced Dark is inferior in direct comparison to this card, and Rainbow Dark isn't the boss of Advanced Dark CBs, I'm gonna say: Rainbow Dragon ain't got shit on Rainbow Dark, Rainbow Dark actually has a deck, it's not amazing but atleast it has a place other than looking pretty in the trade binder. Just saying I always find the build that utilizes the Rainbow Ruins to be more versatile than the one using Advanced Dark. Sure Advanced Dark is a good card and they pretty much gave us the exact effect it had in the anime, but Rainbow Ruins has always been my favorite field spell because of just the overt amount of things one can do it. Then again, I'm always the guy that likes variety.
Toffee.
Rainbow Ruin is such a beautiful Field, as far as card design goes. And this may sound silly, but the problem-solving text makes it sound like it contradicts itself.
Azuh
Its the best field spell in the game and can turn some games around when you know how to work around its effect.
