Northern Sage
Winged Beast/Effect If this card is Tributed and sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can only use the effect of "Nine-Snakes Peacock" once per turn. Discuss.

newhat
There's an engine for it, but it doesn't work very well.
Sleepy
It's alright, but doing something like Tributing it for Enemy Controller might make you lack in offensive in the longrun. It's one of those balanced searchers in the game IMO. The image is awesome. I wouldn't mind it if it had been used for a bigger monster.

Goomba90
Flying Kamakiri into this, tribute for Monarch, search another Kamakiri to do it again. ... That sounds absolutely terrible. On a more serious note, Icarus Attack.

On a more serious note, Icarus Attack. Hmmm yes, Icarus sounds like a good combo actually. We just need a few more cards that can follow the theme and a deck could be made out of the idea. Hopefully it wouldn't be too similar to Hyeratics.
