Doesn't seem worth it to Rank Up from Gangaridia.
I mean, I'm going from a 3400 ATK 2-Material Rank 10 that can use its effect multiple times a turn to blow up my opponent's monster and halve their LP to a 3800 ATK 3-Material Rank 11 that has a suckier version of the Flame Wingman effect, and if it was Ranked Up from Gangaridia, I can detach an Xyz Material to attack twice. Sure, it gains 400 ATK and a ton of DEF, but it loses its more awesome effect.

Why not just use a card that gives Gangaridia more ammo instead?

Or just attack with Gangaridia, since I doubt your opponent has any more monsters after using Gangaridia, or that many Life Points left, for that matter.

What are the odds that your opponent has more than 2 monsters, and his remaining monster(s) can prevent you from hitting him for his remaining 2000 LP (at max)?

Best use is easily barian's force, given how easy it is to get 2 level 10s on the field. And 3800 ain't nothing to laugh at.

That would be the best way besides Barian's Force considering the only other Level 11s are Starform, Sophia, and Hyper Psychic Blaster Assault Mode. You COULD use 3 Starform, but.....eh....
