Is there really even any reason you'd generally need more Xyz Material on any of the Utopia forms than what you get by summoning them normally/by RUM? evilfusion Posted March 16, 2013 Report Share Posted March 16, 2013 Utopia only? What...why?! Hey, Konami, is there a benefit to giving us Overlay Regen's effect in monster form SPECIFIC to Utopia? You couldn't at least say "Number" instead? All Utopia monsters are Numbers. And then this card would actually be considered maybe in some Decks, like something to support Number 92 or other insanely unfair Number effects. OR we could just use Overlay Regen!
