Once per turn: You can send 1 Spell Card from your hand to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Holy Lightning" monster from your hand. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Holy Lightning" monster from your hand to the Graveyard: This card gains ATK equal to the ATK of that monster until the End Phase. Discuss. Well, they can use this. 2 Level 4 Fairy-Type monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; draw 1 card. You can only use the effect of "Fairy Cheer Girl" once per turn.
