Sleepy
Cannot be Special Summoned. Can be Summoned with different numbers of Tributes. 3: It becomes Level 9 and gains 800 ATK. 1: It becomes Level 5 and loses 800 ATK. 0: It becomes Level 3 and loses 1600 ATK. When Summoned: You can banish monsters from your Graveyard with a combined Level equal to this card's, to target up to 2 monsters in your Graveyard, with a combined Level equal to this card's; Special Summon targets in Defense Position. This card I posted in the looong past with a different-ish effect. it's finally a bit more fair and polished, but just in case, I'd like to hear word from YCM. (btw, just so you know: The image is hand-drawn by me) It's main purpose is to belong to my (future) YCM deck, anime style. It's meant to help at Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Tribute Summon (all to a certain degree) while still being a fairly decent beatstick. The idea a long makes it hard for something to be balanced xD Anyways. Comments appreciated =D
L0SS
I think it's a really simple, but effective idea. The level 9 thing gives Dyson Sphere and Number 92 a bit more accessibility, and at the same time, it's never really going to be a dead draw. It does what Fusilier dragon and Barbaros do in a much nicer way. The Special Summon effect might be a little too much, as it's most likely going to let you pull back the monsters you just tributed and pull off a quick synchro. Hey, maybe in the current format, a quick synchro isn't really going to change an awful lot. Either way, I like it.

Bleaknight
It's a very good card with a very nice concept, I can maybe see it being used competitively in a few decks, but only as being summoned without Tributes for a free Rank 3 Xyz or dual low-level Monster Reborn. Taking that point of view into account it's like TGU except it doesn't require Fiend-Types, isn't limited to Level 3 monsters yet requires resources from the Graveyard, not Deck. Tribute Summons are not really used much, so the nature of the effect is somewhat excused a bit, but it still looks like it has something that can abuse it.... hmmm What he said, also you must really know how to draw: I'm impressed ( : edit: do you do art requests? Thank you ^-^ and sorry, it takes a bit too long for each image and I currently am a bit stressed over with IRL stuff to draw often ^^" It's a very good card with a very nice concept, I can maybe see it being used competitively in a few decks, but only as being summoned without Tributes for a free Rank 3 Xyz or dual low-level Monster Reborn. Tour Guide is a sort of easy +1 from the Deck. The Serpent's Skin doesn't bring out cards with no settup (from the Deck), but it IS very guilty of being an easy + with adjustable ATK/Level and giving it's monsters all sorts of liberties. Sleepy
The effect has been edited~ Even if it might or might not be balanced enough as it was, there needs to be less doubts on it. You now need twice it's Levels worth of setup in the Grave, and be able to split that "twice" in half to be able to banish an equal part as the one that it revives. Other than that, you are pretty much free to use the revived monsters for a Tribute Summon, Ritual Summon, Fusion Summon, Synchro Summon, Xyz Summon, or use their effects individually.
