3 Level 4 monsters
During the Battle Phase, when your opponent activates a monster effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that effect, and if you do, inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Once per turn: You can activate this effect; your opponent sends the top card of their Deck to the Graveyard.

It's struggling against the competition for other 3 Material Rank 4s, the likes of which has cards like Ouroboros, Shock Master, Disigma, and Coat of Arm- *shot*

The ability to negate a Monster Effect and deal 800 is pretty good, although Dolkka is better off, in part because it's not restricted by the Battle Phase. Typical Monster Effects during Battle Phase is Utopia (shocking), Gorz, Tragoedia, searchers like Sangan/Mystic Tomato, Flip Effects, and so on. There's actually some pretty good effects to negate. Unfortunately, it doesn't destroy the monster, so Gorz will stay in hand, but it does what it needs to do.

2700 ATK is solid, and good enough considering its Materials. Ouroboros has 2750, which usually makes it amazing.

The ability to costlessly mill your opponent 1 card per turn is...okay. No one will really run this solely for the mill power, but the fact it's there can do something. Depending on the Deck or situation, sending cards to the Graveyard might not matter much, and sending good S/Ts will always make you smile a little.

I suppose the best use for this, though, is to Rank-Up into C104 for its insane effects.

People are seriously overrating C104 and underrating this ._.

This makes pushing safe, and you don't have to worry about what your opp has, monster wise, during the BP. Gorz, Ryko, Fader, Trag, Snowman, Abysslinde, etc. have no hope against it.

C104 was initially mistranslated, and is basically Strike Bounzer with more burn + discard. It's good, but it's usually just a 3000 MST instead of being placed on this. I make this a lot more than I make C104 in Hunders, even when I DO draw Limited RUM.

Can Gorz activate itself to this cards burn effect after this card negates Gorz dropping on an attack?

DevPro says no, but official rulings will come the week after the pack this is in is released.

Normally I'd assume it negates the activation anyways, but they might break tradition for this...or they might like the idea of making someone take 5100 damage just to bring out something that can tie with this.

Rank it Up with Brilli-Ant or Chrononaut.

Did I mention that I have no idea what any of the Rank-Up Magics do.

The mill is just kind of there, maybe to accidentally trigger a Dandylion so it can re-activate.

They all Summon a "Number C" that's a Rank higher than the targeted Xyz.

-Varian's Force requires that the Number C monster has the same Type as the target. It also steals an opponent's Xyz Material for the Summoned Number C. It also can Summon "Chaos Xyz" monsters (currently only 1 exists)

-Limited Varian's Force doesn't have the Type restriction, but it only works on Rank 4 Xyz.

-Numeron's Force has the Type restriction that Varian's Force has, and it also negates all face-up cards but the Summoned monster.

Yeah so this card pretty much is like a Effect Veiler on steroids, effect wise.

Plus its Number C form makes this a proper Chaos Number.

Off Topic: Best mentioning this in here, then for a new one to be randomly made since this card was used in the anime today.

If you can get a kill with it and reliably get out strong attackers Shark Drake is better at pushing for game, Kill - activate effect - kill again - activate effect - kill with different monster

Shark Drake can't use its effect multiple times a turn.

Shark Drake is useless against a clear field, floaters unless game is guaranteed, Ryko, etc.
