Bringerofcake
http://www.konami.com/yugioh/articles/?p=4824 it’s no fun for you if you just get overrun by 2318095 monsters on the second turn, and equally no fun for your opponent if they can’t play anything. Our first Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy preview card aims to meet this lofty standard. Use it 4 times to drain the ATK and DEF from a freshly Summoned Light and Darkness Dragon, then use it again to set up your counterattack. Alternatively, keep it in your hand afterwards, because Decks with Light and Darkness Dragon are notorious for trying to Summon it over and over again, and guess how many Summons it usually takes to drop a new one! I'm glad KOA is at least catching on to the stupidity of Elemental Dragons. I especially like how it's Big Eye and SAC-proof.
The ReBeL
if u drop the RDA the turn they drop this in your attempt to kill em, u still win. to bad that requires situation card that can be searched... card is good though.
byak
Uh, this card is really good. Dragons and Mermails literally can't do anything to it the turn you drop it (unless Mermails have Gachi or Dewloren), and this card makes LaDD irrelevant. It buys you time, which is important in a fast meta like this.
ihop
Literally you'll almost always need to summon 3 monsters in a turn to make LaDD and this just kills it off. Honestly it seems really incredible and I want to pick up a few of these. When it looks like it's dying you can just use it as fodder, being level 6 isn't too shabby either. Legend Zero
Just a thought. But won't this make Final Countdown more viable?
Northern Sage
Dayum. Can't it just be a triceratops, though? Art is rather unclear.
Aerion Brightflame
On paper this seems actually really good, and a sign Konami does kinda get how crap they've made this format. The difference is... I have a nagging feeling that this won't be as good in practice, simply because you won't have this in hand as consistently as Incarnates drop LaDD.... Ironically if it were a dino it'd have a search card. Unless I've mistaken Gear Gigant's effect. However, it does give other decks a fighting chance nowadays, if only slightly. Wait... can this thing be at least targeted by card effects? Since if so... it's permanent Scrap Dragon fodder. Interesting.
~British Soul~
Unless I've mistaken Gear Gigant's effect. Yeah, Gear Gigant only searches level 4 or lowers.
The ReBeL
i'm happy its a 6 since i play frog monarchs :) Edragons will just make RDA to kill it though like i said. Do they have anything else in there extra to kill it the same turn? i'm happy its a 6 since i play frog monarchs :) Edragons will just make RDA to kill it though like i said. Good job for once, Konami.
Aerion Brightflame
Maxx "C" was a bad card against Wind-Ups too when they were at their prime because you wouldn't get it as consistently as they OTK'd, yeah? This card is fucking awesome. Good job for once, Konami. True enough. It's just my inner skepticism at looking a cards by theory alone at work. I was thinking of a difference of the two situations, but they are practically the same thing in what they do. Someone pointed out to me that this thing might be even more amazing in Karakuri than in most other decks.
EmpoleMew
Just a thought. But won't this make Final Countdown more viable? Not anymore than it already is. It'll only buy one turn since running over 1800 is child's play and then you could just not summon 3+ in one turn anymore. Every turn counts sure, but the various stall they already have is better than this.
Strider Tigerwolf
I'm going to the sneak peek to get me like 40 of these.
