If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. Each of these effects can be used once per turn: * Discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. *Special summon 1 "Rocket Arrow Express" or "Snow Plow Engine Hustle Rustle" from your hand or deck ignoring the summoning requirements and if you do, equip it with this card. That equipped monster's effects are negated. If this card leaves the field: send that equipped monster to the graveyard. If that equipped monster leaves the field and this card is sent to the graveyard: you can discard 1 card; special summon this card from the graveyard.

 

Yes I know, its heavily based on a zexal character. Before you say that that's unrealistic, doesn't this card look alot like this character?

I considered the ability to bring rocket arrow express out balanced because of all the cards that can stop it from happening and the overall speed and power of the meta these days. Also, you still have to discard your hand next turn since that's not an effect.

Yeah, no, this is getting locked.

 

The thread is made on the concept that it's fine to make broken shit because broken shit exists. This is not so and is not what Realistic Cards aims for.

 

Summoning a 5000 beater from the deck for literally nothing but normal summoning ala Cyber Dragon isn't even remotely intelligible design, and the fact that you discard your hand barely means shit when you can easily OTK the turn you bring that monster out.

 

There's nothing thoguht provoking about a card that evolves into a 5K beater for free. Impact or not, it's God Awful card design that doesn't deserve the light of day.
