[I Hate Snatch Steal]

 

Special summon any number of level 4 or lower monsters from your hand (min 1). During the End Phase, return all monsters special summoned by this effect to the onwer's hand(s). If this set card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to the graveyard: add 1 level 4 monster from your deck to your hand.

 

Rulings notes:

 

- If your opponent controls your Rally the Forces and you destroy it, you get its effect assuming it is sent to your graveyard. This is because the opponents effect clause is the opponent of the controller while rally the forces is on the field.
