X-Metaman
Once per turn: You can reveal 1 WIND monster in your hand; until the end of your opponent’s next Main Phase 1, monsters with a Level higher than the revealed monster cannot activate their effects. http://www.konami.com/yugioh/articles/?p=4918 Discuss
Strider Tigerwolf
Wind Psychic is nice. It has alot of good things going for it. And can shut down them E-Drags for a brief moment.

-Berserker-
Seems nice, they should make a WATER version. So, we have Elfuria and Elfobia, wrath and fear. Can we guess the names of the next ones?
~British Soul~
Too bad it will probably be a Secret Rare..... The card name is Black, the worst it can be is Super.

Too bad it will probably be a Secret Rare.....Look at the name. It isn't grey. This is a good card. Like geeze, not meta worthy but still good. EmpoleMew
It's a minor disruption at best.

Agro
I love how Gustos are all really low levels. The only problem with this card would be keeping it on the field to make it last longer. Thankfully, its effect lingers to the end of their Main Phase 1, which is great. Edrags, Verz, Priestess, Constellars, Mermails, Fire Fist Monsters. This attacks everything. ...Also, play Terminal World.

Cute Rotten Yoshika
It's a minor disruption at best. it is actually really good and majorly disruptive. also, i guess wind stun could be a future deck we will see.
White Void
The use of "Fairy Elf" in the article makes me think that this is going to end up as an archetype over time.

玄魔の王
Reveal Droll & Lock Bird, no monster effects beyond LV1 until next turn? Um, I'm totally cool with doing that. Gusto.dek is obvious, but this thing is really cool. Much better than the last one, and than I was expecting in general.
EmpoleMew
it is actually really good and majorly disruptive. It's really not. It has piss poor stats to get run over easily, and has no form of protecting itself from the other 2/3 of effects in the game. Your opponent is also free to activate their effects in the Main Phase 2, which, as the article even points out, really just prevents them from OTKing you that turn after using all those effects. Good for you surviving another turn I guess? A one turn delay (and it's not even that much) isn't going to help you to win unless you have the tools to OTK them once your turn comes around again, in which case you could've...you know...done that instead of playing this. newhat
Just because on-field babies are suboptimal doesn't mean it's an unreasonable play. Do Spellbooks still run Power?
Agro
Just because on-field babies are suboptimal doesn't mean it's an unreasonable play. Do Spellbooks still run Power? I wouldn't use this against Spellbooks. Dragons and Mermail seem to be the most optimal matchups.

EmpoleMew
question: how will the two main decks this format be able to field a monster strong enough to kill elphobia without monster effects? cuz like, e-dragons have some of the babies, which you dont want to normal summon anyways, and prophecy have, what, breaker and life? Yes, 900 ATK and 500 DEF is a hassle to run over. As newhat mentioned, being a suboptimal play doesn't change the fact that it gets rid of the problem, and again, they're still free to use their effects in the Main Phase 2. Whereas Prophecy has Justice, Kycoo, or a Batel targeted with Power. And conveniently, you ignore the fact that, as I mentioned, the opponent still has access to their Spells and Traps to get rid of it. Which, in the case of Prophecy, means Elfobia likely won't even be around long enough to even activate its effect once, let alone repeatedly, as Spellbook of Fate exists, at 3, and is recyclable.
