If this card has "Norito the Moral Leader" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect. ● Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; change its battle position, and if you do, negate its effects until the end of the turn.
