Blake
Drewes the Unseen Druid 4 Stars/DARK/Spellcaster-Type - Effect/1800 ATK/0 DEF When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 DARK monster {with 0 ATK or 0 DEF?} in your Graveyard, except "Drewes the Unseen Druid:"; Special Summon that target {in face-up Defense? position}, but that monster's effects are negated. You can only use the effect of "Drewes the Unseen Druid" once per turn.

Sleepy
Saw this topic at the main forum. Thought it'd link me to a MTG thread because the name didn't really sound Ygo-ish enough. Interesting. Junk Synchron-like effects are pretty much always welcome in any archtype.
Blake
... Nope. Can't think of a use for Drewes over Kamenleon. The novelty to go into 66 or Nightmare in exchange for a searchable Tuner that, more or less, does the same thing as Drewes does not seem worth it. Yes, Drewes doesn't lock you down for a turn, but that shouldn't be a problem when you gain access to King Of the Feral Imps and LV. 8 Synchros (and Catastor, in Umbralis' case). If I'm missing something, feel free to tell me, but between the fact that Kamenleon can grab non-level 4, the fact that its searchable, and the fact that it's a tuner, all while sharing most, if not all, of Drewes' good targets makes me really wonder what they were going for here. Especially when removing the effect negation would make for stupid plays. EDIT: Recuring Nightmare is what I was missing.

Also Recurring Nightmare, as you said.

Cute Rotten Yoshika
Zombie Master? well the effect is negated so it would make more sense to run a monster with actual synergy, but yes, it is a target.
