When two monsters, except this card, battle: You can detach all Xyz Material from this card; reveal your opponent's hand, if they have a Spell Card in their hand, you can select it, also end the Battle Phase, then activate the selected Spell Card (if any). discuss. The "except this card" really kills even it's fun factor. Also, I dislike the art. It was so... out of place. Based on how it is worded, the owner of Cheat Commissioner activates the card. While this card seems a bit off in the Battlin' Boxer/Burning Knuckle archtype, pairing him up with something that likes to activate in-battle effects like, oh I don't know, Catastor alongside something that forces your opponent to attack the card makes it somewhat of a devastating combo.
