Reverse Synchron

lv 1 Dark
Machine/Tuner

Once per turn, You can banish 1 monster in your graveyard, then this cards level becomes that of the banished monster. When this card is used as a material for a synchro monster, instead of combining the synchro materials level instead deduct this cards level from the total combined level of the other Synchro material monster's instead (if the only other Synchro material is a level 1 monster, the total level is treated as 1) . This card cannot be used for a Xyz Summon.
ATK/100 DEF/0

Reverse Warrior

lv 1 Dark

Machine/Synchro/Tuner

"Reverse Synchron" + 1 Non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro summoned, you can select 1 card on your opponents side of the field and place at the bottom of the owners deck. Once per turn, You can banish 1 monster in your graveyard, then this cards level becomes that of the banished monster. During your opponents, Battle-phase or Main Phase 2 you can Synchro summon, using this card as a synchro material.
ATK/100 DEF/1000

Isn't this just Dark Synchro Summoning?

Take note that Dark Synchro's didn't take any sort of official form so I just sorted this out so it can at least make for an interesting concept for a level 1 tuner into level 1 Synchro or make it into a level down Synchro, plus Reverse synchro can work with Dark Synchros that have been made into normal synchros due to its attribute.

As Neos stated, yea, it's just a way to make a Level 1 Synchro.
Also Dark Synchros used negative levels. So more or less he just borrowed the Dark Synchro mechanic, but made a monster with a positive level.

Reverse synchro can work with Dark Synchros-

Except the actual Dark Synchros still need specific non-Tuners, but I see your point.
