Card is actually pretty awesome for Galaxy-Eyes. Odds are, you just used Galaxy Expedition, Monster Reborn, or Photon Sanctuary.

 

This card is weirdly worded. You can apply the "add the Spell" at ANY point during the turn after activating? But that makes no sense, because then THIS card would be the topmost Spell.

Isn't the point for you to use up a spell you want to recycle during the turn, so you can grab it again?

I think they only did that, so you play Spell cards afterwords, so you get something on top later on.
Still, the effect is pretty crazy O,o
