Well since it's not a Legendary Number, and it's a Chaos Number (which they've been kind to for the most part), its chances of being the same or better IRL are decent. That's true. C39 could actually be Summoned regardless of LP, same with Veiss, and Veiss became a Quick Effect that turns to 0 by banishing ANY monster. C39-V kept its effect and maybe got a very small boost by returning an Xyz to the Extra Deck from the Grave, C39-Victory was possibly better. C96 is the same. C104 is about the same. 玄魔の王 Posted July 7, 2013 Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 C96 is not the same, as it's gone from reflectng damage upon destruction to always doing it and never dying by battle. C65 was meh anyway.
