Toffee.
3 Level 5 monstersWhen this card in its owner's possession is destroyed by an opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): You can target 1 Xyz Monster in your Graveyard; return that target to the Extra Deck. If this card has a "Utopia" monster as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.● Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy that monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK on the field.Lets be honest: Ray V is flat-out amazing. He even has his own Raigeki. The catch is, you simply need to jump through a single hoop; Rank up Utopia.Discuss.
Sleepy
Regular Barian's force is better tha limited if you are just gonna be ranking up for this card. Just because of the material steal. While testing, he's proven to be pretty good, but nowhere near invensible. One would think that an effect like that would be more broken... One would think that an effect like that would be more broken...It's funny; Hes basically a buffed Volcasaurus.
Eury
Got him today. Kinda want to try ZWs now, even though I really don't like the original Utopia. But the rank-ups look so gooood. And lol Salamander shenanigans.

evilfusion
I had been waiting for the Starter Deck purely to get C39 and C39-V. I use them in my Heraldic Beast Rank-Up Deck, which is really fun to use anyway. Heraldic Beasts don't have many issues with bringing out Rank 4 monsters like Utopia, and V can swing games rapidly into your favor. The first effect is useful in Heraldic Beasts, too, because of how quickly they can eat through their Extra Deck.
heraldry_lord
Destiny End Dragoon You can't normally use Dragoon in your typical Rank 4 deck, so it makes no sense to compare them. V is a good card indeed, but needing Rank-Up-Magic holds him back some. If only you could search the Rank-Up-Magic cards.
玄魔の王
This and Victory are what the original C39 should be. Love the effect.
