Northern Sage
An Insect-Type monster equipped with this card increases its ATK by 700 points. In Number Hunters, apparently. Discuss.
~British Soul~
Pretty much all the non-Zexal cards in NUMH are obscure choices. (Even Battle Warrior, though I expect him to be in LC04 as well)

Toffee.
Currently, this card holds the record for the largest gap of time from its first and only OCG release to its original TCG release, separated by a period of more than 14 years. The card was first printed in June 1999 in the GameBoy Duel Monsters Promos: Series 2, and was never even reprinted in the OCG from that point forward, while the first print of the card in the TCG was in July 2013 in the Number Hunters booster pack.That's... Actually pretty amazing O,o
~British Soul~
Use it in Inzektors just cuz u can. I had a similar thought myself. That's... Actually pretty amazing O,o That is, and it was a record previously held by Meteor B. Dragon who took almost 13 years to get here.

By their very nature, they're collector cards. but it also means that Konami is all but contractually bound to release them all. Until all the Numbers are seen in some form (anime, manga, random sets like this), they have series longevity.
Sleepy
I actually would like it if Konami released a completely outdated set filled with these types of obscure card that they never brought here. Of course, they are not doing that because no one but collectors would buy that, so they are carefully sliding these cards into other packs. Let's see. Basic Insect is 500, this gives it + 700, the other Spell from LOB gives it +300, and I think there was one that gave it a +500 as well or something, so it was at 2000 back in that regional. There must have been more effects into most of these pieces, or the Trap was amazing in the anime for Rex to lose from that attack. That's... Actually pretty amazing O,o That's pretty rage-inducing when you realize most of the fans that grew up with these kinds of plays left the game back in 2005. Kingdom Xathers
I want them to release this card next: ... just saying. Anyways, playing Laser Cannon could make for a good laugh, and it is technically possible to use this w/ Inzektors to trigger their effects... ... but then, why would you?
Jord200
I did a little digging. I think this is the last old as dirt promo card from a game/guide/ect that we haven't gotten, and isn't a random Normal Monster. OT- I was watching a duel on DN, one guy said he was going to put this in IRL Inzectors..... Yeah....
TTR~
What are you guys talking about? This card is the most broken thing next to MST since it negates.

It wouldn't really be any worse than a random Equip Spell.
