Northern Sage
If a monster your opponent controls is destroyed by your opponent's card effect: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. You can only use this effect once per turn. Surprise, it's actually pretty far from a "Chain" card. Discuss.

Not-so-Radiant Arin
I don't think it would have any practical use. Scraps aren't really a thing right now. It being Continuous makes it MST fodder/bait, I suppose.
evilfusion
But the thing is, it DOESN'T hurt Scraps. Not in the way implied. Firstly, while Scraps do tend to nuke their own cards, they also get effects when their cards are destroyed. If you use Scrap Dragon's effect on something, and your opponent uses this (because you missed that card in their backrow?), your opponent then gets to destroy 1 of your cards. If they hit Scrap Dragon, you revive a Scrap from Dragon's effect. Being Continuous means Scraps just know what a better target is. With only a few exceptions, Scraps don't destroy their cards without taking something of yours with it. The most likely time your opponent is destroying their own cards with their own card effects is either blanket destruction, like Dark Hole or Heavy Storm, or cards that destroy themselves at the End Phase or when removed from the Field, like Abyss-Sphere and stuff. On that note, if your opponent has Call of the Haunted on a monster, and you use MST on Call, this would get Triggered, because the effect of Call of the Haunted destroyed the opponent's card. -Berserker-
This is triggered when you give your opponent your Giant Kozaky.
Mr. guy
This should be printed. It's nice and VERY usable without being broken.
