[spoiler=text]

Activate only when 1 monster with 1500 or less ATK is Special Summoned to your side of the field while your opponent controls a face-up monster(s). Special Summon all cards with the same name as the Summoned monster from your hand, Deck, and Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. Your opponent selects 1 face-up monster they control and Special Summons all cards with that same name from their hand, Deck, and Graveyard.

this card is one of my all time favourites, from both its practical uses to the complete waste of time, I want this card to see more play than it does

but don't know if it has any real use in the current game.

The thing that probably killed this card was that it helps out your opponent, too, given the off chance that you don't immediately destroy all of their monsters if/when they use this card's effect.

personally that has never been a issue for me, I usually wait till they bring out their ace or when they have used up all their tricks

my favourite move is inferno + naturia fruit fly, all your opponent's monsters lose 2700 ATK & DEF and I can usually steal their ace monster.

I once tried to run this in a Baseball Kid Deck in TF1, but when your only methods of Summoning Baseball Kid outside of UFO Turtle in the Damage Step is CotH or Premature Burial, this card becomes dead very often.

OT: It has become a lot easier to pull this off due to the huge amount of Special Summoning cards than it was. Despite the whole "Your opponent gets to SS as well" part, it is a pretty neat card and can lead to some seriously dangerous combos. Now watch as Konami breaks it one day somehow.

The biggest issue is the timing and specific nature of the card makes it incredibly inconsistent, but amazing when it works.

It doesn't work during Damage Step, so searchers like Tomato or Shining Angel won't help it. I was very sad to learn this, because Angel -> Proto-Cyber would have brought out 3 full Cyber Dragons.

It's cool with cards like Vice Dragon or Oracle of the Sun to bring out 3 Level 5s for cards like Heart-eartH, or on Big Whale to get Heart-eartH Dragon. But since it only works when you SS a 1500 or less monster while your opponent has monsters, you have to time it very specifically, and this can become difficult to do. The fact it helps them without the same ATK restriction can make this card very risky, as well.

I love the card, but it's just not practical most of the time. I haven't really looked at it recently, though...

What kills it for me is that it has two somewhat situational conditions:

1) Your opponent has to control a monster.

2) You have to Special Summon a monster with 1500 or less ATK.

Sure it is easy to do nowadays, but Decks that can run this card don't need it, and Decks that want this card can't use it too well.

I threw together a Deck using this and cards like Oracle of the Sun, Garbage Lord, and Vice Dragon to focus on Heart-eartH and upgrade to Heart-eartH Dragon. Ignoring the fact I forgot to include Rank 3s, but ran Tour Guide, this resulted in an unbelievably epic match against Heraldics due to SSing Vice Dragon and using Inferno Reckless into Number 53.

Number 8 killed Number 53, so i revived it with Call of the Haunted and used Dark Hole, bringing out Number 92. Heraldic Beast Basilisk killed it, so I revived it with its "when killed with Materials" effect for a 3000 Heart-Earth Dragon. Coat of Arms negated it and killed it, and I used Xyz Reborn during the End Phase and banished all my opponent's cards that were played that turn (Coat of Arms, Number 8, a set card). When Heart-Earth got killed by another Basilisk, I used Limit Reverse for Number 53, blew it up with Limit Reverse for Number 92, rammed Basilisk, and revived it with the Material effect for a 7000 Heart-eartH Dragon for game.

I must tweak the Deck a bit, but Inferno Reckless Summon works REALLY well.
