Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 monsters you control and 1 monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip it to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card.) This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the respective ATK and DEF of the monster equipped to it by this effect.As weird or obscure this card is, it has always been a favorite of mine.I actually appreciate the fact this is in Judgment of the Light as a Common, partially because back in 2009 we didn't have things like Melias/Crane/Tengu/Tour Guide/etc/etc, so one could literally play this card off of virtually nothing. Plus, it's pretty cool that it can now nom on Xyzs and turn things like Zen/Gachi/etc into more ATK for itself.....Just wish it were searchable, since Sangan was the only real thing it had going for itself :/Also, yes, I know Relinquished is a card, but that's irrelevant here.Anyway, Discuss. It's a really cool card to be honest, I just wish, as you said Armz, for it to be searchable. Says a big NOPE to cards that can't be destroyed by effects and laughs at Boss monsters. Sure like nobody runs it, but hey, its cool. I can see it being used in Rulers: Tribute 2 Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens, banish Ruler in Grave, activate Ruler eff, then activate this eff to basically take control of your opponent's monster. As you said yourself, I don't think people would run this over LADD anyway, even if this card was viable in Rulers. Tokens can be banished. You can banish a monster like a Token Monster or an "Embodiment of Apophis" as an activation cost for the effect of "Unibird". The effect is alright, but the fact that it takes what it takes to get out kind of ruins it in my opinion.
