How YCM Exercises

I've never voluntarily exercised in my life because of my godly metabolism making me lighter than air in proportion to my height. Despite this, I'm really, really out of shape.

Pretty much this, I'm 6'4" and weigh about 140 pounds, but I do walk a lot every day.

METABOLISM! Pretty sure I'm an ectomorph, which makes it harder for me to actually build up my body mass at all. I'm a decent fan of swimming and running, although I probably need to go to the gym more.

Diet is seriously important though. I'm at fault myself; my breakfast usually limits itself to a cup of tea. Because I'm a lazy bastard and not a morning person.

I do around ~200 weighted (backpack full of books, dunno how bad that is for my back though) pushups and pull-ups every day, mainly in the morning.

I also do 10~15km of stationary bike (medium-high resistance) and calf raises when I feel like it, like 3 times a week.

Among some other things.

I'm 5'7" and 155 lb.

I think I'm good at running, even though I don't go outside much... huh...

I don't do the traditional exercising routines. I live next to this national park that's full of hills and rocks and fallen logs; so whenever I go through there it's like an exercise. Especially when I do a quick run through. Honestly I think the hardest part is the huge amount of lifting my own body weight, and lunging myself from place to place.

Is this because of the stationary bike? If so it actually means your good at biking not running. The reason is because you use different muscles in your legs for either.

I dislike social interactions in-person too much to do sports, though I used to do soccer, basketball, baseball, and football, haha. So I'd have to say eating is my means of exercise is eating. And by that, I mean I actually don't keep food in my dorm, and the nearest food place is about and hour round trip, and the only place I /like/ to eat at is directly opposite campus from my dorm.

Hockey, basketball, tennis, football, softball, jogging, hitting the gym and Muay Thai.  My life is dominated with sports.  A little bit too much as I have to give half of them up for winter and vice versa for summer.

Also 5'11 175lb.  Pretty stocky but most of it is muscle.

I walk a lot of miles (at least 6+) on Saturday and sunday to go around visiting my friends across the city. I used to ride my bike, but the back tire tore open, so I've got to stop being cheap and buy a new one. I also walk to my classes at college on Tuesday-Thursday. yet I still weigh more than most of the people posting here. I feel chubby.
