Aix
I play soccer competitively and that's the only way I keep fit at all. Every now and then, I might do some exercising on my own, but I don't keep it up for any stretch of time :/
ihop
I've never voluntarily exercised in my life because of my godly metabolism making me lighter than air in proportion to my height. Despite this, I'm really, really out of shape. Pretty much this, I'm 6'4" and weigh about 140 pounds, but I do walk a lot every day.
Toffee.
*Raises hand*I play the Just Dance Wii/WiiU games, as a form of exercise.....*Runs away*
.Rai
METABOLISM! Pretty sure I'm an ectomorph, which makes it harder for me to actually build up my body mass at all. I'm a decent fan of swimming and running, although I probably need to go to the gym more.Diet is seriously important though. I'm at fault myself; my breakfast usually limits itself to a cup of tea. Because I'm a lazy bastard and not a morning person.
インフェルニティ・ミラージュ
I go to the gym about twice a week and walk about a mile every evening, and occasionally bike during the day. I am not the most athletic person but I like to keep in shape, even though as I stand I'm a little scrawny.
Sixty
The only sport I play excessively is Ultimate Frisbee, and I have no fear of falling/sense of balance while playing and generally screw my knees up from all the diving and sliding I do. But it's still a lot of fun.
Yasυ
I do around ~200 weighted (backpack full of books, dunno how bad that is for my back though) pushups and pull-ups every day, mainly in the morning. I also do 10~15km of stationary bike (medium-high resistance) and calf raises when I feel like it, like 3 times a week. Among some other things. I'm 5'7" and 155 lb. I think I'm good at running, even though I don't go outside much... huh...
Rapidfire
I don't do the traditional exercising routines. I live next to this national park that's full of hills and rocks and fallen logs; so whenever I go through there it's like an exercise. Especially when I do a quick run through. Honestly I think the hardest part is the huge amount of lifting my own body weight, and lunging myself from place to place.
ポケモン—Red
I type. I also flip the bird often, so yeah. FINGER EXCERCISES.

The reason is because you use different muscles in your legs for either.
Sixty
I also tend to walk everywhere. Before I got my driver's license, I would be too stubborn to ride the bus so my brother and I would walk two miles to school every day.

Aix
50 push ups, sit ups, and squats every day. Then I run two blocks. Doesn't take long and I feel a lot better since I've started. 6 years and you'll win every fight with one punch.
Legend Zero
I've been doing it since before I heard of One-Punch man. But I want to try going up to Saitama work out by the end of next year. =D

Gospel.
I box (as of last weigh-in with my trainer: 6'0" 170lbs). I also play drums since I graduated and can't use band camp to keep me in shape during the summer anymore.
Tirasa
I dislike social interactions in-person too much to do sports, though I used to do soccer, basketball, baseball, and football, haha. So I'd have to say eating is my means of exercise is eating. And by that, I mean I actually don't keep food in my dorm, and the nearest food place is about and hour round trip, and the only place I /like/ to eat at is directly opposite campus from my dorm. Admiral Tim
Hockey, basketball, tennis, football, softball, jogging, hitting the gym and Muay Thai. My life is dominated with sports. A little bit too much as I have to give half of them up for winter and vice versa for summer. Also 5'11 175lb. Pretty stocky but most of it is muscle. vla1ne
I walk a lot of miles (at least 6+) on Saturday and sunday to go around visiting my friends across the city. I used to ride my bike, but the back tire tore open, so I've got to stop being cheap and buy a new one. I also walk to my classes at college on Tuesday-Thursday. yet I still weigh more than most of the people posting here. I feel chubby.
