Not-so-Radiant Arin
Cannot be Special Summoned. During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; draw 2 cards, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect.
Tested surprisingly well @1 in my Dragunities Deck this morning. It felt good alongside CoC, especially since you can just turbo through to your Dux/Tempest. Despite it having no use in the Graveyard, it's great for a boost to the draw engine of the Deck. Sora1499
It's good in decks that absolutely need a given combo piece(s) and don't mind compromising a turn to acquire them, like Hunders and Hieratics.
~British Soul~
Tested surprisingly well @1 in my Dragunities Deck this morning. I have to admit, that is probs the last place that I'd see a Cardcar D be used in. I'm tempted to tech 1 in there myself, just in case my opening hand(s) aren't as great as I would like them to be. Might be worth a shot.

True, I'll give it a shot and if it works, then I can work on getting a copy then.

玄魔の王
British, using a z is the proper American spelling. OT: fairly balanced card, helps add speed to slow decks but fast decks can't afford the lost turn.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
British, using a z is the proper American spelling. But "bollocks" is British slang. BS's bad habits are rubbing off on me.
玄魔の王
I'm Canadian, I say "bollocks" ALOUD many times a day. Just fyi, you can also say "it's pants" for similar meaning. Did we mention Cardcar doesn't care about any of the Drains?

Did we mention Cardcar doesn't care about any of the Drains? In South Africa, "baps" is slang for sex. I think that's kinda hilarious. How does he dodge all 3 Drains? :O
玄魔の王
His effect activates on the field, Tributes for cost and resolves in the Graveyard. That's how.
Azuh
It'll see a lot more play this format cause its a slow one. Set 5 play Cardcar. Win.

Effects resolve where they activate :/ In South Africa, "baps" is slang for sex. I think that's kinda hilarious. How does he dodge all 3 Drains? :o Mind says effects in hand can't activate. He's not in the hand. Soul says effects in Graveyard can't activate. He activates on the field. Skill Drain says face-up monsters have their effects negated. He's not face-up when he resolves. Sora1499
Use this with Duality and win. That's actually the reason why they put duality to 2. But yah, these two in conjunction is a powerful consistency engine.
