Cannot be Special Summoned. During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; draw 2 cards, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect.
Tested surprisingly well @1 in my Dragunities Deck this morning. It felt good alongside CoC, especially since you can just turbo through to your Dux/Tempest. Despite it having no use in the Graveyard, it's great for a boost to the draw engine of the Deck.
I have to admit, that is probs the last place that I'd see a Cardcar D be used in. I'm tempted to tech 1 in there myself, just in case my opening hand(s) aren't as great as I would like them to be.
Well, with Gold Sarc at 1, the deck got a lot less consistent. Might be worth a shot.

I'm Canadian, I say "bollocks" ALOUD many times a day. Just fyi, you can also say "it's pants" for similar meaning.

Did we mention Cardcar doesn't care about any of the Drains?

In South Africa, "baps" is slang for sex.  I think that's kinda hilarious.

How does he dodge all 3 Drains?  :O

His effect activates on the field, Tributes for cost and resolves in the Graveyard. That's how.

Effects resolve where they activate :/

Mind says effects in hand can't activate. He's not in the hand.

Soul says effects in Graveyard can't activate. He activates on the field.

Skill Drain says face-up monsters have their effects negated. He's not face-up when he resolves.
