I Hate Snatch Steal
You can special summon this card (from your hand or graveyard) by discarding 2 spell/trap cards but it cannot be special summoned by other ways. This card is always also treated as Fairy-Type. Each of these effects can be used once per turn. *When an opponent's spell/trap card is activated: you can discard 1 card; negate that activation and if you do, add that spell/trap card to your hand.*During the End Phase, if your opponent did not activate any spell/trap cards this turn: discard 1 card; your opponent chooses 1 spell/trap card that they control or that is in their hand, and adds it to your hand. So I got this idea from how Yue turns Sakura's clow cards against her during the episode "Sakura and the Final Judgment". The 2nd effect is there so that your opponent can't avoid losing spell/trap cards so easily since they wouldn't be stupid enough to fall for the first effect repeatedly. Should I make the summoning requirements harder to meet or possibly change the stealing effects so they set the card?

Sleepy
It's a weird effect definitely. I'd call it a tad situational. The monster is a heavy nomi whose stats don't promise a lot of consistency, whose cost are a painful investment, and whose effect takes even more of a cost. Adding to that, it is an effect that completely depends on your opponent. You are not stopping your opponent's card at all, and upon receiving it, you might or might not be able to use it. It's ok for staples, although I don't think your opponent will invest something like a Dark Hole with this out. Then, decks like Dragon Rulers might not give this card a chance at all either. It's interesting that it's effect discourages Main Phase 2 Set plays to a degree, which is probably the best use. The idea is amusing. I personally have to confess, I dislike how heavy it is, how inconsistent it is, and how much it is passively waiting in hopes of your opponent's actions. I'd say it's unreliable, even if very original.
