~British Soul~
Spell/Continuous When an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card: You can draw 1 card. Negate the effects of your opponent's monster that is targeted for an attack by an Xyz Monster Special Summoned by a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card. So it's a Constellar Star Chart for Rank-Up'd monsters... oh god. discuss
BoricuaBeast
That's just too godlike. Especially with that new RUM...
Maeriberii Haan
Well, so far no once per turn restrictions? 3 of this will generate mass plusses. Rank-up decks might finally be somewhat competitive. Now, where's the rank-up searcher already...

Maeriberii Haan
But that card's probably better off searching things like Dark Hole, Solemn Warning, and other stuffs to be activated as a hand trap without a cost. Anime sure can make broken stuffs. At least it's better than all the crap we have before.
Toffee.
Would be pretty cool if they released this IRL as-is.Though, they could add a "Once per turn" clause for the drawing part.
Maeriberii Haan
Yeah, once per turn per card sounds fair with Astral Force.
evilfusion
Funnily enough, Astral Force is the only Rank-Up Magic that makes this remotely good, because it recycles itself, and then playing it with this out lets you draw. So you basically don't skip your Draw Phase to recycle Astral Force.

So you basically don't skip your Draw Phase to recycle Astral Force. In all seriousness, though, Rank-Up cards in general force a gimmick onto your deck, so there isn't really anything wrong with being rewarded for jumping through hoops. Even if said hoop is as minute as like 2-3 cards in your Main Deck, then slight Extra Deck dedication. But Astral Force, on the other hand, that's another story. Rank-Up is definitely a gimmick, but it already requires dedication in a way that this card doesn't really compensate for enough to justify running it AND Rank-Up Magic (other than Astral Force, but a ridiculously flexible, recyclable Rank-Up Magic really shouldn't count here, as it's just so incredibly good compared to the other 3 Rank-Up Magics). Well, the effect negation of monsters you battle is a definite perk, though, the draw power not as much.
newhat
This seems incredibly winmoar, even more than Constellar Star Chart. Pleiades and Omega at least have some self-protection.
DARKPLANT RISING
Possibilities:-lolnami trolls by releasing as it is-Adds once per turn-Adds once per turn and deletes 2nd effect-Makes it Aero Shark-Mekanikle-Asterisk-Ra esqueI choose the 2nd
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Yeah, if it's once per turn I see no problem with it. Also, it would make sense if the negation only lasted until the end of the damage step.
