Monsters without a Rank cannot declare an attack, also monsters can only attack in order of their Rank, starting from the lowest. During battle between 2 monsters that have Ranks, the monster with the lower Rank loses ATK equal to the difference in Rank × 1000, during the Damage Step only.

It's a Gravity Bind for non-Xyz, and the other effect is quite insane

What. This is a far more dangerous Gravity Bind that can be played instantly and it screws decks with lower rank Xyzs. If NO gets released, this card'll be nuts there.

This will not be released as-is because it is a costless Spell Card that prevents all non-Xyz monsters from attacking, forever.

This card would kinda fuck up the game if it were released. Fortunately it's from the anime, so no one gives a damn.

It's a funny card, but 1000 x Rank difference is absurd. With even a mere Rank 6 Xyz, you'll easily overpower almost every Rank 5 and under Xyz and deal massive damage.

 

Worse yet, it works both turns. If you attack, OR if your opponent attacks. So it'll seal non-Xyz from attacking, and make it nearly impossible for lower Rank Xyz to fight back. So if you have a high Rank Xyz, pretty much nothing is going to be able to kill it.

 

I doubt it'd get released. At most, it'd be like 500 x difference, anyway.
