Northern Sage Posted September 10, 2013 Report Share Posted September 10, 2013 Tribute 1 Xyz Monster; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz Monster with the same Type, Attribute, and Rank as the Tributed monster, but with a different name, (and if you do,?/then?) attach this card to it as an Xyz Material. Send the Special Summoned monster to the Graveyard during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Xyz Shift" per turn. Damn, that's a nerf. Discuss. Blake Posted September 11, 2013 Report Share Posted September 11, 2013 [spoiler=Options] [/spoiler] Obviously they're format dependent options, but extra Dark Hole for one of the best R4 Type/Attribute combinations, as well as a way to copy things like Big Eye/Dracossack/Constellars and so on, have some potential for usage. Each Evilswarm Dragon and Queen Dragun Djinn are options as well for quick Search/Mind Controlling/Ouroboros Trolling/Play Extension, but that has the issue of when the hell is Queen Dragun Djinn gonna be able to work well with Ophions. It also has some fun synergy with Xyz Reborn, allowing you to use things like Ouroboros' effects twice in a turn. Sadly, it only Special Summons the second monster from the deck, so its not as potent as it could be, even with the send at the end of turn. Now if only we had another R4 DARK Reptile... Also, if you wanna be a Pro: Use Double-Fin Shark to revive another Double-Fin Shark or any other Shark Make Bahamut Shark Detach, SS Number 47: Nightmare Shark or Shark Caesar Xyz with 47/Caesar into Full Armored - Black Ray Lancer Use Xyz Shift to turn Bahamut Shark into Number 32: Shark Drake Chaos Xyz with Shark Drake into Number C32: Shark Drake Veiss Congrats, you are now Shark.
