I put in the wrong Hole. [Toyo Single]

This is a card made to fetch you Holes. ...I mean, Hole Normal Trap Cards. Also, she uses Holes to eat Monsters. .....That didn't come out right, didn't it?

This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: add 1 "Hole" Normal Trap Card from your deck to your hand. When you activate a "Hole" Normal Trap Card: place 1 Maneater Counter on this card. You can remove 3 Maneater Counters from this card to destroy 2 cards on the field.

Having both Holes filled is still good, though.

 

I'm worried about it being too slow. Sure, it fetches out this card's vital success, but then your opponent will know what Hole cards you've played and thus therefore be able to counter them. Or at least play around them. It's effect is not once per turn, meaning it replaces itself just as quickly as you can get it out, and is hypocritical against it's own support. Going back to being too slow, it would be much faster if you could just "once per turn: You can Remove 1 Maneater Counter blah blah blah; destroy 1 card on the field." That way, you don't have to keep waiting turns on end for something that's eventually going to run out.

I think that its better that its a slower card, there aren't enough cards that take multiple turns in the game, plus it makes it more balance, Arin.

Well, this certainly makes other hole cards to be viable in a rank 4 deck. It might give a deck too much defensive power, but honest;y, can't find an abusable hole that'll actually break any of this card's hole. Just to be safe, make it an EARTH exclusive monster, so not all decks can access those delicious holes. Great card though, I just hope that there's more variations of hole traps.

It should have an OPT clause on the search effect, because making a generic rank 4 and then getting an immediate +2 in the form of generic trap cards that fuck over your opponent doesn't seem fair to me.

Also, this card seems like a slippery slope: screw you'd opponent over 3 times, then you get another 2 pops. Ew.

So I don't like it very much.

Traptrix Mesmerizing Maneater Stun sure would love this.
You know, the build without Atrax but with Kycoo.

Looks like a really well designed card, although I don't like its genericness. I think it'd be a _really_ good generic Rank 4. Maybe restrict it to EARTH, Insect, or Traptrix. Otherwise it's a brilliant card :3
