Trebuchet MS
In the Card Maker interface, there should be a "Tuner" option from the dropdown menu where you'd normally select between "Normal"/"Effect". Use that, because typing "/ Tuner" is normally used when you want to make Normal Monster Tuners. OCG tweak: When your opponent would Summon a monster during their Main Phase: You can discard this card; negate the Summon, and if you do, send that card to the Graveyard. If you activate this effect, skip your next Draw Phase, also you cannot Summon during your next turn. Alright, wording that last condition's a little tricky... Flash Flyer - Sakura
From what I see here, it's basically a monster version of Solemn Judgment/Warning; except limited to Main Phase only and instead of a LP cost, requires you to not draw/summon cards during next turn. I feel like it's a bit much just for negating a monster summoning: Just locking off summoning during the next turn should be a high enough cost for this card's effect to set it at the level of both Solemns, but that's just me. Statwise, it's average for a Level 3 and can be used for Synchro/Xyz stuff should you choose to summon it instead of using effect. Above poster already fixed your OCG, so will not elaborate on that part. Overall, it's a decent card.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Hand Traps are never good in design, and this one just literally screams bad design. Your opponent won't know they'll be walking into it and instantly you've turned the game around as you're allowed to OTK them next turn (EDIT: Didn't realize it said you can't Summon next turn, that just makes it worthless then) if they don't have anything else to play. Not sure why it's DARK; aren't Sirens usually typically related to Water? It also kind of one-ups Diva in a sense that it's a Level 3 instead of a Level 2, albeit Diva can go into Xyz plays whereas this one has to wait before usage. HugPhoenix
If the card is in the same league as the solemns, then it would be a fine candidate to be banned. Arin, what you said is right; the card is perfect OTK setup. That's why with the double impede to the user, it makes the card more balanced. I was thinking of a variant that lets you attack, but no direct attacks.
TFMegamanlan
Skipping your Draw Phase and no Summons means this is a card you want to be careful when you use it too. It's not like you can just OTK next turn and most decks like Atlantian or Evilswarm will not be able to run this very well because they are dependent on Field Dominance. They will not do well if they have even one turn that they cannot Summon. In fact they would not be able to do really anything. With that, I personally think its okay, just put it as "Your Opponent cannot Summon or Set Monsters" and it will be fine.
