Wildflame
When your opponent adds a Monster Card(s) to their hand, except by drawing, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, destroy it during your next turn's End Phase. Curious card. With players searching for Monsters every turn or so, and 7 being a nice Level for both Xyzs and Synchros, cand this dude hold its own?
Azuh
It shouldve had an inbuilt Rai-Oh effect
newhat
No Rank 7 can effectively deal with Exodia. Simon doesn't stop Scarecrow.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
No Rank 7 can effectively deal with Exodia. Simon doesn't stop Scarecrow. yes it does. negating the attack of a monster affects that monster.
newhat
negating the attack of a monster affects that monster. It does not matter that his attack is not negated, since Scarecrow ends the Battle Phase.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
It does not matter that his attack is not negated, since Scarecrow ends the Battle Phase. wrong, scarecrow must negate the attack to end the battle phase. for the conjucntion then, a is required for b. if you cannot negate the attack you cant end the battle phase. so yes, it does matter, and yes simon will stop the whole thing. newhat
So it would seem! That's a valid enough use for Simon then.
Sleepy
It's a decent enough beatstick, but it should probably have an effect besides self-Summoning there, or be like Cyber Dragons that have other cards depending on them to make up for it. Also, what's this Simon you people are talking about?
Delibirb
Its a puppet, meaning it does have cards to work with it. I think it is a fairly decent card. More often than not, in a puppet deck, you will synchroing/xyzing with it before its self-destruct, so that 2800 is really just an additional defense mechanism more than a tool. Only "Gimmick Puppet"
Delibirb
puppet doesn't have anything going for it. Only "Gimmick Puppet" But Puppets still have cards that work for it, even if they dont work well. Also, I love Gimmick Puppets, and I was considering saying this should be Level 8 for that reason. <

As far as I know, there's no pure "Puppet" support. Pot of Duality fulfills it's condition, but doesn't allow it's Summon, funnily. Searching effects are abundant and make it easy enough to bring out, but even if he benefits from what other decks can do, other decks don't necessarily benefit from having it around, so it's a one-sided bond.
