Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
When a "Utopia" monster is Xyz Summoned to your side of the field: You can pay 500 Life Points; draw 1 card. You can only control 1 "Xyz Change Tactics". Now Utopia decks have tac...tac... Tactics. Y-yeah, that! (inb4 no-one gets the reference) Draw 2 every time you get Utopia (cause of Utopia Ray) for the low, low cost of 1000 LP. Plus it can put you under Ray's threshold. Thoughts? Lonk
Oh god, they effectively given ZW Utopias an even more consistent way to run through their Deck.
goddamnit names are a pain
I feel like you could spam RUMs and LP costs to get a lot of cards in your hand and be able to use Utopia Rays effects. I know this was already said, but I wanted to point out also that you could be drawing many ZW to rig a higher-up Utopia, say Victory. In short, this card is awesome. 玄魔の王
Wait, isn't this OPT?
mido9
amazing cost that really emphasizes risk:reward and decision making on whether to draw or not
heraldry_lord
Wait, isn't this OPT? Nope. Good draw spell is good.
Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
Imagine if you could stack S39 and C39 on top of one another... You could draw 7 cards in one turn, and that's bad, kids.
Mugendramon
It's not even bad because with this you come closer to being able to use C39 Ray and S39's effects.
Sleepy
Interesting. Now I can have this, RUM, and Chameleon in hand, I can end up with still 3 cards in hand and a Ray V on the field. That's pretty insane IMO. As soon as Konami makes a Warrior Returning Alive for Reptile-Types, there'll be a deck right there. The more you can abuse it, the more your Extra Deck goes away faster. Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
Also, what if Konami prints Rank-Up Advantage as well, so if you summon Utopia Ray V(ictory) you draw 2 cards...
White Void
This being searchable through Generation Force makes it a lot better than it would be otherwise, imo. Kinda fun since it can possibly give you more ZWs or put you in range to be able to use Ray or ONE's effects.
Toffee.
EDIT: Ninjas.Regardless, the fact you can Utopia Ray out of nowhere and make more pluses- Pretty crazy :/
evilfusion
Hmm...clog up my Extra Deck with Utopia Monsters and run a card in my Main Deck that'll reward me for a small cost... Honestly, I like the card, but the Extra Deck dedication hurts too much. Even in Utopia-based Decks, you usually don't want to devote an absurd amount of space in your Extra Deck because Utopia is not a toolbox Xyz. It has a lot of options, but those options rely on factors you can't really control all the time. This card forces you to Summon Utopia and then Ray/S39 to blindly draw a card or two, rather than having a more flexible Extra Deck.
newhat
There is ZW-RUM, which rolls entirely with Utopia and its evolutions. There aren't a lot of problems it can't solve.

This card forces you to Summon Utopia and then Ray/S39 to blindly draw a card or two, rather than having a more flexible Extra Deck. Utopia actually takes up a lot of my space in my Gagaga deck. I noticed that Yuma's deck relies on lucky draws more than anything. Then again, all the protagonists needed a lot of luck with their decks... Imagine if Ultimate Offering came back with this card. XD It'd almost net you 4 Utopias (not even including ones that Rank-Up) if you ran a deck like Gadgets, put you in prime condition for Utopia Ray's effect, and be able to equip any ZW you draw to a OP Utopian field. I see why Ultimate offering is not coming back any time soon. There is ZW-RUM, which rolls entirely with Utopia and its evolutions. There aren't a lot of problems it can't solve. What ZW RUM? You mean ZW and RUM? If so, I totally agree. Especially with the new ZW that are coming out.
