Its effects are negated. You can only use the effect of "Coach Soldier Wolfbark" once per turn. I noticed that some Fire Fist Decks posted in "TCG Decks" section only run 2 of this. Why not run 3? Each one is essentially a 1-card Rank 4 and is searchable by Tenki. Does it clogs or something at 3? (I genuinely don't know). Anyways, discuss. The deck needs A LOT of cards in high number to be able to function well. And yes, it can rarely be a bad draw though that's rarely relevant.
