Bringerofcake
Plant-type/Tuner Cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of an EARTH monster. You can target 1 EARTH monster on the field; reduce that monster's Level by 1. You can only use the effect of "Mysterious Seed Mitra" up to twice per turn. It's a weird one. Lets me run Barkion, Beast, and Leoh in my plant deck, and it gets a lot of cool support. Discuss?
goddamnit names are a pain
Combo with T.G. Rush Rhino for Barkion or Beast? Awesome to me.
Sleepy
Lulzy how now Gigaplant can now become a Gemini Spark target. Then there's the Naturia Synchro support this card doesn't dissimulate that well. It looks pretty solid at the very least.
Bringerofcake
Not to mention Gigaplant and this make Scrap Dragon
Toffee.
Speaking of Naturias...Summon This.Revive Redox.Downgrade Redox by 1.Make Leodrake for coolness.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
It is also a Debris target (obligatory statement).
evilfusion
With all the revival that Plants have, this is actually a solid card, but would probably focus most on the Naturia Synchros, or some of the recent generic high-level Synchros. Althemia
Guys... Remember that this card's a Level 3 EARTH. That means it's also able to be used for Meliae with cards like Sylvan Flowerknight, giving the deck actual access to a Miracle Fertilizer on legs
evilfusion
It's also Level 3 for Crane Crane.

evilfusion
In that case...YAY! We and Bringer are on the same page! *confetti falls from ceiling* Outside of Plants, not sure how good this card would be, due to how specific it is. The flexibility is nice, and it does work on itself.
Bringerofcake
Earlier in the thread, someone mentioned T.G. as a possibility. Really, I think it helps decks that have Naturia Synchro access get the Synchros easier.
Airride
Speaking of Naturias... Summon This. Revive Redox. Downgrade Redox by 1. Make Leodrake for coolness. Or, you could just use this and Redox to make Leoh and have a better card in general. Speaking of, you could use Grandsoil and this, using this card's effect once, to make Leoh as well. Granted, that makes you skip the next battle phase, but... Either way, this card is...interesting. Sucks that it takes up the Normal Summon, but...whatever. 玄魔の王
I kinda wish it was increase OR decrease, but can't be helped. As-is, it's a neat piece of Tuner.

Now who would do that? =3 Just now realized its a vaild target for Spore too, incase Dandylion doesn't hit the grave. Lonefire, etc. In a Synchro deck, but thats kinda slow. And also the possibility of the card becoming a Level One Tuner sounds nice. Reducing itself, why didn't I think of that sooner. I love moldable tuners. But then again, not so good sense has to be EARTH.
