I beat the Diamond Cup on Master Class Difficulty this Thanksgiving, so here is [Fire King High Avatar Garunix]
During the next Standby Phase after this card was destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When you do: Destroy all other monsters on the field. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Fire King" monster from your Deck, except "Fire King High Avatar Garunix".
He looks like a large turkey for Thanksgiving, he's a colorful phoenix, which resembles the vehicle I beat the Diamond Cup with (Rainbow Phoenix) and he can be difficult to deal with if he hits the field, which resembles my frustrations with the Diamond Cup on Master Class Difficulty.

Discuss.

A field nuke with beef on him. I hate this monster with a passion when I have to face him, but recently I've gotten over it ever since I've started running talaya in my plants, oh fish! in my frogs, axon in my psychics, and debunk all around. My Batterymen still hate him, but that's a setback I'm willing to accept. for the time being.

Dark Hole is @1 for a reason. A very very good reason.

Because it's a 2700 ATK regenerating monster that kills everything? No? Then Garunix is better! Suck on that, you ignorant...wait...OH.

Card is funny, and admittedly kind of fun to use, especially in combo with Nephthys, but it's a stupid kind of effect.

It's honestly not even that bad. It's like Machina Fortress in that it just punishes you severely for using only a single kind of removal (which is why casual players hate it so much).

The only problem in Fire Kings at all is Onslaught because pulling such a wide variety of monsters from the Deck with little drawbacks is just always an issue in and of itself.

(Wooooooarrrrrgh)

Never, EVER, say that again. Machine Fortress is better than that...neah, I jest. They are somewhat similar, yet not similar at all. Garunix is like Machina MK 3. Better in every way, almost.

Overall, this card kinda sucks, but I have a hard time telling cuz Quasar. Though, I will admit he was one of the reasons I stopped running "weak" decks IRL.

Onslaught should have had a level cap, because being able to summon a 2700 beater for nothing and getting a nuke nest standby is kinda redonculous

What's a Diamond Cup, and what is Master Class Difficulty?
I have no idea what game you are talking about.
CONTEXT. It's a thing you use to explain things people don't understand.

Anyways, this card continues the proud tradition of broken Starter Deck Cover Cards by being virtually unkillable.

What mainstream cards are there that can take on this guy and not trigger either of his effects?

Compulse, Bottomless, D Prison, Warning. A good chunk of the standard backrow lineup.

Also now there's 101 for decks that can make Rank 4s.

F-Zero GX, and I gave a perfect explanation of the context.  Trying to beat the Diamond Cup on Master Difficulty is like trying to remove this card when the only cards in your hand have < 2700 ATK or are herp-derp destruction effects.

Also, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast deals with it.  Assuming your opponent doesn't have Yaksha in their hand, then you also give them a dead draw for the turn.

You never said it was F-Zero.
How was I supposed to know it was F-Zero?

It's a reference.  If you don't get the reference, then would that necessarily be my fault?  Also, you wouldn't want this to hit the field just as much as you wouldn't want to do the cheapest set of tracks where all 29 of the computers are ridiculously amazing at them, right?  Plus, this card is the closest thing I have for the context of the timing of the situation.
