Sure, a lot of decks add to the hand, but its up to you.

And Drill Warrior adds to the hand. lol

 

I still prefer Reckless Greed, but this card isn't affected by Decree, and can possibly get you a lot of cards. I could see 2+ being the base drawn.

This seems plausible, on the grounds that Guide basically got Sangan banned, which is why all of the artworks basically depict it as such.

Mistake was Sangan getting on the bus, Forbidden Realms is Sangan on the bus, Shared Ride is Delinquent Duo and Graceful Charity pickign Sangan up.

Konami had this all planned from the start. As soon as they created Tour Guide, we should have known Sangan was going to be banned. I mean, she "guided" him to the "underworld", ie. got him banned.
