I Hate Snatch Steal
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by discarding 1 card. You can discard 1 card and tribute this card; look at the top 5 cards of your deck and special summon any number of level 4 or lower monsters from among them up to the number of monsters your opponent controls. Those summoned monsters' effects are negated. Also banish them when they leave the field. edit: I'm tired and have no idea if I completely missed the balance mark with this one. Sleepy
It's Tricky + other effect. It even has a recolored Tricky in the picture. To tell the truth, it looks situational. The Tricky's effect as is, is very unimpressive combined with it's stats. It's other effect is a -2 at activation, so your opponent must have at least 2 monsters to break even. 3 for the overall break even if you Summoned it via it's own condition. After that it's just plain over-extension that won't really happen often. +1 is ok, +2 is it's only jackpot scenario, but it's hard to still be alive after your opponent got so many monsters out. Then there's our next point, it's completely reliant on what you reveal from the top of your deck. That's never consistent enough, especially when it's all 4s you have to bump into. Most likely you'll never meet the potential max to go equal against your opponent's monsters. Opposing monsters that will be bigger than what Level 4 standards can be much of the time. The most you can do is Ojama Trio, which in practice is actually less amazing than it sounds. Finally, it negates the effects, so you have pure fodder potential. It's... ok I guess. It needs dedication, doesn't really sound like a worth payoff to me.
