Pretty much makes any deck that can summon 5 level 4s (hunders, for example(?)) a gigantic threat. A 5000/4000/3000 monster that cannot be affected by other cards, while being able to seal the game here and there by only detaching 1 Xyz material is broken in design. Just like Quasar, this can easily be a problem when a deck can summon this, but unlike Quasar, nothing can answer this when its out.

Though if you manage to summon 5 level 4s, I think you have already won, so card's pretty much either a win-moar or an OP game sealer in design, and neither is fine tbh.

Supremely overpowered, broken, and feels very generic. "This card is super hard to get out, I think, so i'll make it super strong." Just, no. All i'd need to do to keep this thing super OP is to get out Number 19: Freezadon, and detach it's Xyz material instead of this card's. Plus, this goes against the general flow of Xyz's very strongly; all Xyz's only use two or three monsters to be summoned. Not your entire field. If you used a card that reduced an opponent's monster's attack to 0, this could level your opponent in one turn. Additionally, the cost of destroying 1 card in your opponents hand and on their field for a mere 400 life points is the equivalent of saying "As long as you give me fifty cents, you can shoot this guy with 200 rounds from a minigun."

Overall, it seems beyond repair, but i'd at least start with reducing it's summoning requirement, allowing it to be targeted by card effects, and dropping it's attack like Skrillex drops bass.

Yeah this card is way too strong. Because getting 5 level 4 monsters out isn't as hard as you think it is and it's nearly invincible. I would drastically lower the stats of this card or remove the immunity to card effects.

Also the stats should be ? instead of 0000.

So if I get it right, Gadgets, Hunders, and possibly Heraldic Beasts, now have a slowly decaying 5000 ATK beater immune to effects, unaffected by battles, and that can destroy any card on your opponent's hand/field.

This is the kind of card that looks like it has issues in both fronts. It IS overpowered on it's own, but the materials needed for it are often gonna be equally or more effective used in different plays, so it is not gonna be the greatest choice exactly.

But all of that was already said above by other members, so on to suggestions.

First, your card doesn't have a way to getting rid of it whatsoever. Even if it goes down to 0 materials and 0 ATK/DEF, it'll still be an eternal and perfect wall. That is not good. Also, it's immunity to effects is too good. You need to water that part down somehow.

I advice a "detach" cost and a "once per turn" clause to the immunity. And a self-destroying effect when it battles without Materials on.

Your card has that issue. After it's Summon, you can just use Heraldic Beast Unicorn or Limit Reverse/Call of the Haunted/Xyz Reborn and bring this back as a perfect wall. Which only would have left the field if you Tributed or Ranked it up, it's just, dangerous, and not recommended for card design.

Out of curiosity, why would someone use 5 monsters to make a monster with 0 ATK?
No, really, this card's text says:This includes it's own. Ergo, it's ATK can never get above 0 because it's own effect contradicts itself.

I was going to ask about that. xD

Also, the 4 0s are not needed, one suffices. In ATK and DEF.

Require it to be Summon by Xyz Summon, for starters. Who would waste five monsters on this guy anyway? I would say make it to where neither player takes damage, but it becomes even more useless that way. That decay alone will eat up this guy and make him useless, a lot of times before you can win the game. Needs work, but I don't know what.
